Annual Hyack Parade of Lights (Santa Claus Parade) this afternoon. These little reindeer were from a local Boy Scouts troop.

    @Madge - They were "pulling" a canoe flanked by other Scouts with backpacks and self-made torches (cans on sticks, with a flame inside). Very clever!
