The annual Hyack Festival started yesterday with a Multicultural Festival down at the Quay. There were groups singing and dancing all day, and much delicious food being eaten.

Ceilidh

Whilst doing errands today, I ended up in Royal City Centre. Apparently, it was Family Day, and there were a variety of performers doing their thing in centre court. These lovely Irish dancers are from the O'Connor Irish Dancers.

Barefoot on the Grass

Walking past Moody Park, I heard music and to my surprise found the Royal City Youth Ballet doing a performance at a community festival. This was part of their Hopak - great job!
