Bizarre
How does this even make sense? Not only that, the zigzag doesn't even join properly so someone on wheels would find themselves in a slightly dangerous situation. Another example of catering to cars and not giving that much attention to pedestrians, etc.

Tunnel vision
A glance up Carnarvon Street from 10th yields a view of tower blocks leaning inwards. Perhaps someday the complex on the right side of the street will be completed. It's been 5 years now with no end in sight.

Crazy Canucks
Not the greatest photo (taken through the bus window), but it does illustrate how much some people love their hockey team. Taken about 30 minutes before the start of game 2 of the Stanley Cup Finals.

Semiahmoo
This rock monument at Bear Creek park in Surrey marks the location of the first road linking the town of New Westminster to the International Boundary, crossing what is now the city of Surrey. According to the city of Surrey website, the Semiahmoo Wagon Trail was begun in 1873, and had become known as the Semiahmoo Trail by 1890.
