Theme Day: Under Construction

This building is one of many being torn down to make way for new buildings at the foot of 8th Street at Columbia. I was intrigued by the signage uncovered during the process. This building is, as of today, no longer standing.

Theme Day - My Favourite Part of Town

No surprise here - my favourite part of town is the Quay: watching the river flow past, the boats working and playing, seeing mountain views like this off in the distance...

Periscope up!

Of all the photos I -posted- during the first calendar year of New Westminster Daily Photo's existence, this one is my favourite for the colours: the pale boat, the ominous sky. It's part of a children's play park down at New Westminster Quay.
